Harvest Festival

Every year Colin's preschool hosts a Harvest Festival for the kids. They have tons of games, candy, prizes and yummy food for everyone who comes. When we got to the Harvest Festival Colin was very bashful about participating in the events. He tends to be shy in times when he is not familiar with the situation. It took a lot of coaxing from Brian and I to get him involved in the games. Basically we had to do every game with him. We were there for about 45 minutes and then decided to go. He wasn't into it. However, when we got home and I asked him if he had fun he said that he did. Hopefully next year's Harvest Festival will be a bigger hit for him.

Good little eater!

Kendal is definitely a good eater. She is so different from what Colin was and is still today. Colin is sooo picky! If you give her something she will eat it....might not always like it, but at least she will try it. She really likes feeding herself. Hopefully she will continue to be open minded and not get picky as she gets older. We will keep our fingers crossed.

A little bit of peek-a-boo and a little bit of football

I need jumps!

Since Colin got his new bike, he keeps telling us he needs jumps that he can ride off of. So Brian made him a jump. He absolutely loves it and thinks he is pretty hot stuff every time he rides off of it.

Pumpkin Patch

Our wedding anniversary fell on a monday so Brian and I took the day off from work and took the kids to the pumpkin patch. We always go to Bauman Farms which is outside of Woodburn. We had beautiful weather and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Happy 7 year anniversary!

On October 11th, Brian and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. To celebrate Brian took me out to dinner at El Gaucho. We had such a wonderful night and it was so fun just to spend time with each other. We definitely need to do date night more often.

And she's up!

Kendal is pulling herself up on everything she can! Just this week she started cruising around too. As for crawling, she still prefers the army crawl. But just the past few days she started to crawl on all fours. Even though she wants to get into everything, it is so fun watching her moving around!
