So cute!

Lounging with Daddy

Kendal was very tired tonight. I caught her resting with Daddy before we put her to bed. It is so cute to be able to see daddy and daughter snuggling together.

Strawberry Festival

Last weekend we headed down to Lebanon for the Strawberry Festival. On friday we spent the night at Brian's parent's house. Colin and Kendal's second cousins, Alexis and Jayden were also spending the night. Colin had a great time playing with Jayden who is only one year older than him. They took a bath together and then all three of them wanted to sleep in the same room. Eventually I moved Colin to his own room in an effort to get him to sleep since it was already 10pm .

On saturday we headed to the parade. This was not only Colin and Kendal's first time at the parade, but it was my first time as well. The parade lasted for about 2 hours. As in all parades there were some good floats and then there were some really random floats. Colin was not a big fan of any of the loud noises, so we didn't stay for the whole parade. After the parade we then headed back to Brian's parent's house for a bbq with everyone. Colin had a great time playing with all his cousins (Logann, Peyton and Raegan) and was very exhausted by the end of the day.

On saturday night we then headed to my parent's house in Albany. I didn't get to many pictures while we were there. Just a few of Kendal playing on the floor. But as always we had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed being able to spend time with both sets of their grandparents.

Brotherly Love

When Kendal was first born there was, shall we say, a little bit of an adjustment period for Colin. I like to refer to as the perfect storm; Brian was home for two weeks and then left, new baby came into the house and then Colin turned three....Yikes! Needless to say the first few months were pretty rough, but now things are really good. Colin is really taking a liking to Kendal and is very sweet with her. We still have to remind him to be gentle with her a times, but overall things are really good. Here are some cute photos of our kiddos.

I have feet!

A New Park!

The kids and I found a new park to play at in Tualatin a couple of weeks ago. This park had it all: sand, play structures, shade (which is what mom liked) and it was by a farm so there was horses and cows to look at. All this fun and only a few minutes away from our house. You can't beat that! While we were at the park Kendal started "talking" up a storm. It is so cute when she does this, so of course I had to capture it on film and share it with all of you.

The Zoo

I'm a lttle bit behind on posting so bare with me.

The weekend of mother's day we had some really nice weather so Brian and I decided to take the kids to the zoo. Of course Colin loved it and Kendal had a good time hanging out in her stroller. It will be fun to go again when Kendal gets a little bit older and she can really start enjoying looking at all the animals.
