I have feet!

A New Park!

The kids and I found a new park to play at in Tualatin a couple of weeks ago. This park had it all: sand, play structures, shade (which is what mom liked) and it was by a farm so there was horses and cows to look at. All this fun and only a few minutes away from our house. You can't beat that! While we were at the park Kendal started "talking" up a storm. It is so cute when she does this, so of course I had to capture it on film and share it with all of you.

The Zoo

I'm a lttle bit behind on posting so bare with me.

The weekend of mother's day we had some really nice weather so Brian and I decided to take the kids to the zoo. Of course Colin loved it and Kendal had a good time hanging out in her stroller. It will be fun to go again when Kendal gets a little bit older and she can really start enjoying looking at all the animals.

Goofing around with Daddy

Mom's Weekend

Ever since college my girlfriends and our moms have rented a house in Lincoln City for the weekend to have some mother/daughter time. The weekend consists of talking, eating, shopping, more eating and more talking. Usually the moms will go to bed around 11pm and us girls will stay up to the wee hours of the morning just chatting away. And when the weekend is over it seems like we still had more to talk about but we just didn't have time to get to it all. Mom's weekend is an event we all look forward to every year. So far none of us have missed it....even when Lindsay lives in Colorado and Shannon lives in Conneticut. Kendal even meet her future husband Leighton which is my girlfriend Stacey's little boy. At least that's what Stacey and I are hoping for! Thanks for the wonderful weekend ladies! Can't wait till next year!

Dinner at the Dukes' House

Last week we had dinner at Brent and Jen's house. It was fun for us all to hang out together and catch up. Colin LOVES playing with Logann and Peyton. After dinner all three of them had fun putting on a dance concert for us. It was hilarious seeing them dance around the room to the soundtrack of Princess and the Frog. Even though Colin hadn't seen the movie he didn't let it slow him down. He was right there with them. Raegan and Kendal had some play time of their own on the baby Einstein mat. Thanks for the fun evening guys!

Visiting Great Grandparents

Last week we headed down to Lebanon to visit the great grandparents. This was Brian's first time seeing them since he has been home from the Iraq. We first headed over to grandma and grandpa Dukes' house. After that we headed over to grandma and grandpa Anderlik's house. The whole day was great and the kids really enjoyed being able to visit their great grandparents.
