Baby Shower

On sunday my mom and sister threw me a wonderful baby shower. Various friends and family were able to come to really make the day special. Since I pretty much have all the baby gear, the only thing I really needed was girl clothes....and boy did I get some cute clothes! This little girl is going to be styling! Thank you to everyone who was able to come. I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful caring people!

Cousin Cuddle Time

On saturday Owen came over to our house while Andria and Doug went to their friend's 40th birthday party. Owen and Colin had a wonderful time playng together as they always do. At the end of the evening they were watching some cartoon and I look over at them and they are cuddling on the couch together. So cute that I had to post a pic.

Halloween Festivities

For Halloween this year Colin picked out his costume. He watned to be Thomas the Train. We started the celebration on Thursday at my office were they had their annual Harvest Festivial for the kids. All the kids dress up in their costumes, trick-or-treat around the office and then have a little party.

For actual Halloween day we headed down to Albany to my parent's house. We had a house full with Aunt Amy, cousin Sydney, Brian's parents, my parents, Uncle Doug, Aunt Andria and Owen. Colin loved every minute of it. In the morning we headed over to the OSU game were they had a kids' fair. All the kids got to dress up in their costumes, get candy and play games. Colin didn't like the loud noises at the fair so he basically wanted to be carried around the whole time. However, he keeps talking about the big football game that we went to. We stayed for about an hour and then I took both him and Owen back to my parent's house. My parents, Doug and Andria have season tickets so they stayed for the game. After the Beavers won, everyone came over for a yummy dinner of taco soup, cornbread and salad. Then all the kids got into their costumes and we hit the neighborhood. Owen was a fire breathing dragon and Sydney was a lady bug. The weather was great and the kids were adorable. Everyone had a great time.

October Fun

Shan, Kris and Landon were in town a couple of weeks ago and Stacey invited everyone over for dinner. All the kids played great together. Here is a cute photo of all the kiddos. Left to right is Cole, Demi, Landon and Colin.

Colin and I were at Home Depot picking out paint and the sales clerk gave him some watercolors to take home. Here he is painting his first masterpiece.

So you think you can dance?

Colin and I like to watch the show So you think you can dance? Colin loves to try and do the dance moves that the dancers are doing on the show. Here is a little preview of a future contestant.

Pumpkin Patch

On sunday Colin, Andria, Doug, Owen, Grandma and Grandpa and I all went to the pumpkin patch at Bauman Farms. The weather was absolutely goregous and Colin had an absolute blast. After we left Colin kept saying "I had so much fun at the pumpkin patch mommy." While we were there we feed the animals, he climbed through a castle made out of hay and went down the slide, he went through the kids hay maze, jumped on some huge bouncy thing, played on the playground and his favorite activity riding on the hay wagon. He absolutely LOVED the hay wagon! Later that night when we were skyping with Brian he was so excited about the pumpkin patch and he had to tell him everything we did that day. We will definitely be heading back there next year.

Happy Anniversary

On Sunday Brian and I celebrated our 6 year annniversary. Even though we are thousands of miles away from each other he still knows how to make me feel very much loved. Brian sent me some beautiful roses and the most heart warming card. I am truly blessed to be married to such a wonderful man. Happy Anniversary Babe! I love you very much!
